The fan comes with a numbered certificate of authenticity from Monte Carlo. Includes a built-in uplight, light kit, and a combo wall and hand-held remote control. This fan may be installed without the decorative light kit by using the included blanking plate. Monte Carlo recommends that this fan be installed with a heavy-duty support box. Uplight takes six 15 watt bulbs. Light kit downlight takes four 40 watt bulbs. 52" blade span. 13 degree blade pitch.
