About Casa Vieja
Find something for every décor and budget with Casa Vieja® brand ceiling fans. Quality craftsmanship and durability combine to bring you the perfect fan for any room in your home. They offer an array of styles ranging from contemporary and modern to traditional and Victorian. They feature a full line of ceiling fans to make your home more comfortable.
About Extension PolesFor safety reasons, fan blades must be a minimum of 7' above the floor. Hang the fan blades 8' or 9' above the floor for the most efficient air flow. All Casa Optima ceiling fans come with a standard pole for use with 8-foot ceilings.
Stable Ceiling Fans
It is important to make sure that your ceiling fan is always stable. A wobbly ceiling fan can damage the fan and shorten its life. If the fan is wobbly after installation, there are ways to fix it. First, make sure that all connections are properly aligned and tightly fastened. Check the alignment of the blades by holding a yardstick vertically along the edges. If all blades are aligned, a balancing kit can then be used to pinpoint the culprit. These kits are either provided within product packaging (e.g., balancing clips and blade weights) or can be sent by the manufacturer.
